Good ambience Clean Service fast But they need to provide restroom! Highly recommended

Ordered DoorDash from Saiga while on a work trip and it was so good! I was a little worried because I ordered crispy pork with garlic noodles and usually I have terrible luck with anything crispy staying crispy during delivery, but WOW! I was impressed that it was still extremely crispy and juicy when it arrived. The pork was perfection, the garlic noodles extremely garlicky and tender. I wished this was closer to where I lived, I'd be coming here all the time!

I got the BBQ chicken rice bowl and loved it!! I don't know what the green sauce was but I liked it-- tasted tangy and a bit spicy. I liked how the sauce came on the side so I could control the portion. The veggies were fresh and crispy and mixed well with the sauce. The chicken was also so good! Good flavor and not fatty. The bowl is convenient to grab and fills you up. Kind of like an Asian version of a chipotle bowl. The store itself is located in a random area with plenty of parking around. The store entrance is small and the inside has around 5 tables. They also do catering which is right next door.

Love, love Saiga! Everything that I've had here so far was so tasty. The most recent one I ordered was the pork belly bowl, served with green aioli. They do such a great job with pork belly and that sauce is to die for. Sweet (honey) and spicy at the same time. I've got to say they're excellent at making the perfect sauce to complement every dish here. Great job Saiga!!! Keep it up.

I'm not a big salad eater but I absolutely love eating every bite of Saiga's grilled pork salad. Omg. It is divine. The addition of fresh mint leaves mixed with freshly shredded carrots, cucumbers, and cabbage was amazing. I'm drooling as I'm writing this review. I didn't really like the egg rolls too much and the grilled chicken rice bowl was ok. The garlic noodles with pork belly was ok too. I thought the raw garlic was a bit too much and it left a really bad garlic breath/taste afterwards. It was just my dogs who insisted on kissing me afterwards. Haha. The service is quick and free parking is readily available at the Irvine location. It's best to place the order online so you don't have to wait. The inside of the restaurant has some seatings and there are also places to sit outside too. There are only a couple of things I wish are done differently at this otherwise stellar dining place. I wish the lightings inside was not straight up dark florescent lights. I also wish the sauces aren't mounted directly inside the salad or other food items. I don't know how and where the bottom of the sauce cups touched prior to going inside the food containers. I find it gross. I also really dislike having to pick the sauce containers out of my food right before eating. My hands can get greasy and unless I'm mindful, I end up forgetting to put it on the backside of the food container lids.....and if I don't, yay for grease stains on my table to deal with later. Joy! I also don't want to taste hand sanitizers on my salad greens, noodles, etc because I'm trying to pluck out the sauce containers. Lastly, it would be nice if there's some music playing upon entering the restaurant. It would make the place feel a bit brighter even with drab lighting and hungry anxious customers waiting impatiently.

The Garlic Noodles with pork belly was so flavorful. It is a big portion size and they do not skimp out on the meat. My favorite was the green sauce on the side. It does have a kick so make sure to order extra if you like that! You order your food on a kiosk and the kitchen staff have it out and ready in 10 minutes. The inside is really small with a couple tables outside. This place is more for takeout so you can also place your order online.

Found Saiga unexpectedly in this little airport business park. Hidden Gem! Crowded and busy but super efficient. The order terminals made the ordering process so easy. Small seating area but it seemed like the tables turned over quickly so I didn't have to wait long for a seat. At the same time, I didn't feel rushed while enjoying my food. I had the pork belly banh mi and it was out of this world. Super tasty with the perfect amount of seasonings. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

Saiga is a hidden gem popular in the foodie community for its amazing fast casual Vietnamese inspired eats. This spot is located in an unassuming area with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, the shop is on the smaller side with about 3 tables for seating. As for their menu, they have a great selection of rice, garlic noodle, banh mi, and pho dishes. I stopped by for lunch and knew I had to try their popular Crispy Pork Belly Rice Bowl! I really enjoyed the green aioli sauce that came with it and the flavor from the pork belly itself. Overall, this spot should definitely be on your list next if you are looking for a quick grab and go lunch or dinner. Keep in mind that this spot is not open on the weekends and that the crispy pork belly is sold while supplies last so they could sell out. All of the staff are very friendly and efficient here. I am glad I finally got the chance to check this spot out!

Good place for takeout! We ordered the pork belly banh mi and the pork belly vermicelli. They were both delicious! The pork skin was nice and crispy and the meat was really tender. For the banh mi, I just wish there was daikons included and I wish there were options for onions as well. The vermicelli was great with the fish sauce (had a nice kick). The portions were nice as well. All in all, a bang for your buck. They do take a while to prep your order so definitely ahead online
